Preparation: À la poêle : Sans décongélation préalable. Remuez le sachet avant ouverture afin de bien mélanger les ingrédients. Faites chauffer un peu d'huile dans une poêle à revêtement antiadhésif, puis versez la quantité de produit désirée. Laissez chauffer 10 minutes environ à feu vif, sans couvrir, en remuant de temps en temps. Salez et poivrez à votre convenance. Mélangez et servez chaud. Ce produit doit être cuit à 70°C au moins 2 minutes avant consommation sans décongélation préalable.
