Other information: 70 cl "Les premiers sirops de fruits apparaissent dans les monastères au 17ème siècle. Ils sont rendus célèbres par François Vatel, cuisinier de Louis XIV, qui développa les techniques de confiserie à base de sucre de canne, utilisées aujourd'hui par nos siropiers. Implantés au cœur du plus grand bassin de plantes aromatiques de France, nous élaborons ce sirop avec de la menthe de Provence." Les siropiers d'Eyguebelle, à Valaurie.

Preparation: Un volume de sirop à diluer dans 7 à 10 volumes d'eau.

Conservation conditions: Rebouchez la bouteille après utilisation et conservez-la au réfrigérateur pendant une période n'excédant pas deux mois.
