Preparation: Produit à consommer après réchauffage au four traditionnel : Préchauffez votre four à 250°C (th.8) en y laissant la plaque. Retirez la tarte de son emballage, et disposez-la sur la plaque chaude. Enfournez dans la partie basse du four et laissez cuire pendant 6 à 9 minutes selon votre goût.

Recipe idea: La Flammekueche peut se découper en petites parts pour un apéritif, ou se manger accompagnée d'une salade. On peut également la mettre sur un barbecue.
