Preparation: A la friteuse 1. Placez les pains de graisse à frire encore solides au fond de votre friteuse. Réglez le thermostat de votre friteuse électrique pour atteindre une température entre 160°C et 170°C (ou pour une friteuse classique réglez la source de chaleur, flamme ou plaque électrique) afin d'assurer une fonte progressive des pains de graisse. Cette opération doit être surveillée afin d'éviter tout risque de projection et l'apparition de fumées. 10 minutes suffisent pour obtenir un bain de friture à bonne température. 2. Remplissez le panier de votre friteuse avec des frites bien égouttées et séchées et plongez-le lentement dans le bain de friture. 3. Retirez le panier lorsque les frites ont légèrement blondi et laissez égoutter. Peu avant de servir, portez la température à 180°C et replongez les frites jusqu'à obtenir la coloration souhaitée. Vos frites sont dorées et croustillantes comme vous les aimez. Conseils pour une utilisation optimale : Cette graisse végétale convient à tous les types de friteuses. Elle doit être utilisée seule, sans être mélangée à un autre corps gras. Doser le nombre de pains à utiliser selon la taille de votre friteuse (1kg de graisse fondue = 1 litre). Ne pas dépasser la température de 180°C, ne pas faire fumer. Changer le bain de friture après 12 utilisations environ. Pour cela : attendre que le produit soit redevenu solide dans votre friteuse. Puis le chauffer très légèrement pour qu'il se décolle des parois et le jeter. (Ne pas jeter dans votre évier !!!) Afin de réaliser vos fritures en toute sécurité, nous vous invitons à ne pas laisser sans surveillance vos appareils et les cuissons en friteuse et de respecter les conseils d'utilisation présentés.
