Preparation: au four:Sans décongélation préalable.Préchauffer le four 15 minutes à 210°C (Th. 7). Dès la sortie du congélateur, enlever la cloche transparente et démouler la tarte, puis la placer sur un plat allant au four. Mettre la tarte au four à mi-hauteur pendant 5 minutes. La laisser refroidir 30 minutes avant de servir.Après remise en oeuvre, conserver au réfrigérateur et consommer dans les 24h.
