Preparation: A consommer cuit à cœur. A la poêle : Réchauffez les steaks avec un peu de matière grasse sur feu moyen, 3 à 4 minutes de chaque côté. Au four : retirez les steaks de leur emballage. Réchauffez-les dans un four préchauffé à 180 °C (th.6), 8 à 10 minutes. Retournez-les à mi-cuisson.
