Faites bouillir 1/2 litre de lait. 2. Hors du feu, versez directement sur le lait bouillant, 6 cuillères (pour une consistance fluide) à 9 cuillères (pour une consistance épaisse) de Roux pour Béchamel MAIZENA® en fonction de la consistance désirée. 3. Remettez la casserole sur le feu et mélangez énergiquement avec un fouet pendant 2 minutes. 4. Assaisonnez selon votre goût (sel, poivre, noix de muscade râpée...). Votre sauce Béchamel sans grumeaux est prête ! 1/ DÉCOLLEZ DANS CE SENS. 2/ RETIREZ ENTIÈREMENT LA LANGUETTE.
