Preparation: Préparation : A froid : club sandwich - Ingrédients pour 1 sandwich : 2 tranches de pain en Cuisine, 2 petits palets de chèvre en Cuisine, 1 tranche de jambon sec en Cuisine, 1 mandarine, 4 petites feuilles d'épinards crues, sel, poivre. Préparation : Mélangez les feuilles d'épinards préalablement hachées avec les palets de chèvre frais. Salez, poivrez le mélange. Tartinez-en les tranches de pain (sur une face). Sur une tranche disposez le jambon découpé en lanières, puis les quartiers de mandarine. Recouvrez avec l'autre tranche. Pressez et égalisez. Pour la présentation, découpez le sandwich en deux dans sa diagonale.
