Preparation: Ce dessert peut être consommé chaud ou froid, toutefois, pour mieux apprécier son coeur coulant, nous vous recommandons de le consommer chaud. Démoulage à froid : Otez l'opercule, exercez une légère pression sur le fond du pot et déposez le produit sur un support adapté à son mode de chauffage. AU FOUR TRADITIONNEL : Préchauffez votre four 10 minutes à 220°C (th. 7/8) puis faite cuire le gâteau 7 à 9 minutes. Le fondant est alors coulant à l'intérieur et croustillant à l'extérieur. AU FOUR A MICRO ONDES : 20 à 25 secondes à 800 W. Le fondant est alors coulant à l'intérieur et moelleux à l'extérieur.
