Preparation: Ce produit doit être cuit avant consommation. Sans décongélation préalable. Versez la quantité de champignons souhaitée dans une casserole d'eau bouillante. Attendez la reprise d'ébullition et comptez 45 secondes. Cette étape permet d'obtenir un produit moelleux et vif en couleur en fin de cuisson. Égouttez et rincez rapidement sous un jet d'eau. Dans une poêle déjà chaude et huilée avec 2 cuillères à soupe d'huile végétale, versez les champignons décongelés et égouttés. Faites-les rissoler à feu vif environ 10 minutes jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient dorés. Assaisonnez à votre convenance. Dégustez chaud.
