Notre saumon est certifié MSC, label garant d'une pêche durable qui assure la préservation de l'espèce et de l'environnement. Les eaux glacées et l'abondance de nourriture naturelle confèrent au saumon rose du Pacifique sa saveur et sa texture ferme et unique. Il est accompagné d'une délicieuse sauce au beurre blanc cuisinée à base de crème, de beurre et d'échalote. *Qualité sans arête/Sans peau/ 6 minutes au micro-ondes / 2 personnes

Preparation: Au micro-ondes : Enlevez l'étui en carton et disposez la barquette surgelée dans le four à micro-ondes sans retirer l'opercule. Réchauffez 6 minutes à 900 watts. Laissez reposer 1 minute avant de déguster pour éviter tout risque de brûlure. Soulevez l'opercule dans un angle et retirez-le intégralement. Homogénéisez la sauce et servez. La présence d'exsudat issu du saumon est possible, elle forme des agglomérats blancs dans la sauce. A la poêle : Dans une poêle bien chaude et légèrement huilée, déposez la portion de saumon et laissez cuire pendant 6 à 8 minutes à feu moyen en retournant à mi-cuisson. Baissez le feu à feu doux, ajoutez 1 cuillère à soupe d'eau et les 2 pellets de sauce et laissez cuire 1 minute. Servez aussitôt.
