Preparation: En machine à pain : Verser 325 ml d'eau froide dans la cuve de votre machine, ajouter 1 cuillère à café et demi de sel et 500g de préparation pour pain multicéréales biologique puis programmer sur pain blanc, cuisson foncée. A la main : Préparation : 15 min / Levée : 1h15 / cuisson : 35 min. Ingrédients : 500g de préparation pour pain multicéréales biologique, 300ml d'eau tiède, 1 cuillère à café et demi de sel, un peu de farine pour les mains et le plan de travail. 1- Mélanger le sel et 500g de préparation pour pain multicéréales biologique dans un saladier. Faire un puit et verser l'eau tiède lentement. 2- Pétrir pendant 5 min à la cuillère ou au robot afin d'obtenir une pâte bien lisse. 3- Recouvrir et laisser reposer pendant 40 min au chaud. 4- Façonner la pâte pour obtenir une belle boule, la déposer sur une plaque de cuisson légèrement huilée et la recouvrir avec un saladier. 5- Laisser lever 35 min dans un endroit chaud. 6- Préchauffer votre four à 240°C (th.8). 7- Sur la boule, effectuer plusieurs entailles croisées et saupoudrer de farine. 8- Déposer un ramequin d'eau sur la plaque et faire cuire au four à 210°C (Th.7) pendant 35 min jusqu'à ce que la croûte soit bien dorée.
