Preparation: à la casserole:RIZ AU LAIT ET COULIS DE FRAMBOISEIngrédients pour 4 personnes :180 g de riz rond pour dessert Auchan - 1 L de lait - 100 g de sucre - 1 gousse de vanillepour le coulis : 250 g framboises - 75 g de sucre poudre - 2 c à s eauPréparation :Faire cuire 180 g de riz pendant 3 minutes dans une casserole d'eau bouillante puis égouttez-le. Porter 1 litre de lait à ébullition avec une gousse de vanille et y verser le riz. Laisser cuire à feu très doux pendant environ 30 minutes. Ajouter le sucre et laisser encore cuire 5 minutes. Enfin, verser dans un plat et laisser refroidir.Pendant ce temps, préparer le coulis de framboise. Dans une casserole, cuire à feu très doux les framboises avec le sucre et l'eau, puis filtrer pour enlever les grains.Vous pouvez le présenter en verrine : pour le montage disposer une grosse couche de riz au lait, puis une couche de coulis de framboises. Juste avant de servir, ajouter quelques spéculoos ou petits beurres écrasés sur le dessus de la verrine.

Conservation conditions: A conserver à température ambiante. Craint la chaleur et l'humidité. A consommer de préférence avant la date indiquée au dos du sachet.
