Preparation: Autre - 1 sachet de 125g = 4 portions A la casserole: porter à ébullition 1/2 litre d'eau, 1/4 de litre de lait demi-écrémé. Retirer la casserole du feu et laisser tiédir 2 à 3 minutes.
