Preparation: Sans décongélation préalable. Au four traditionnel Préchauffer le four à 200 °C (thermostat 6-7) pendant 10 minutes environ. Ôter le sachet plastique et enfourner la barquette encore surgelée sur une grille à mi-hauteur du four. Laisser cuire 50 minutes environ. Mise en garde : ne pas mettre la barquette sous le gril. Au four à micro-ondes Ôter le sachet plastique et placer la barquette encore surgelée dans le four à micro-ondes.
