Preparation: à la casserole:Verser les Crozets dans un grand volume d'eau salée à ébullition (1l d'eau pour 100g de Crozets). Remuer jusqu'à la reprise de l'ébullition. Laisser cuire 15 à 20 minutes. Egoutter sans rincer..Autre:Croziflette®Ingrédients pour 4/5 personnes :150 g de Crozets au sarrasin150 g de Crozets nature4 ou 5 tranches de jambon cru de Savoie ou 250g de lardons1 oignon¾ d'un reblochon (environ 350g50 cl de crème fraîchePréparation : 5 min. Cuisson : 20 min.Mise en œuvre :1) Faire cuire les Crozets en les plongeant 15 min dans un grand volume d'eau bouillante salée (10 fois le volume de Crozets).2) Emincer l'oignon, couper le jambon cru en fines lanières ou faire revenir les lardons, et couper le reblochon en dés.3) Faire roussir l'oignon.4) Égoutter les Crozets. Les verser dans un grand plat à gratin, ajouter les lanières de jambon ou les lardons, l'oignon, la moitié des dés de reblochon et la crème fraiche.
