Preparation: Vorbereitung: Die aufgetauten Lachsfiletstücke unter kaltem Wasser abspülen und trocken tupfen., Zubereitung in der Pfanne: Bratöl erhitzen. Lachsfiletstücke bei mittlerer Hitze ca. 4 Minuten von beiden Seiten braten., Zubereitung im Backofen: Backofen vorheizen (Ober-/Unterhitze: 200 °C). Die Lachsfiletstücke auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Blech legen. Im Backofen 10–12 Minuten backen.
