Preparation: Au four à micro-ondes (en position décongélation) : placez la quantité de fruits désirée dans un plat adapté et laissez décongeler 10 minutes pour 450g en remuant à mi-décongélation. Au réfrigérateur : placez la quantité de fruits désirée dans un plat adapté en une seule couche et laissez décongeler pendant 6h pour 450g.

Recipe idea: Tiramisu aux fruits rouges en verrine Temps de préparation : 20 minutes Temps de repos : 1 heure Ingrédients (pour 4 personnes) : 200 g de mascarpone - 3 œufs -100 g de sucre - zeste haché d'1/4 de citron vert non traité - 250 g du mélange de fruits rouges Carrefour Bio - 10 biscuits roses de Reims. Préparation : 1. Séparez et conservez le blanc et le jaune des œufs. 2. Mélangez le mascarpone, 50 g de sucre et les jaunes d'œufs jusqu'à l'obtention d'une crème. Ajoutez les zestes de citron vert et mélangez à nouveau. 3. Montez les blancs en neige. Les incorporer délicatement à la préparation au mascarpone en soulevant la masse pour ne pas casser les blancs. 4. Préparez un coulis de fruits rouges : mixez environ 150 g de fruits rouges avec 50 g de sucre. 5. Montez les verrines : déposez dans chaque verre 2 biscuits roses de Reims cassés. Ajoutez du coulis de fruits puis disposez un peu de crème au mascarpone. Mettez encore un peu de coulis de fruits, quelques fruits frais puis une autre couche de crème. Laissez refroidir au réfrigérateur pendant au moins une heure. 6.Avant de servir, saupoudrez un peu de biscuit rose émietté sur le dessus de la verrine puis disposez quelques fruits frais. Servez et régalez-vous !
