Preparation: : logo en machine ou à la main pour 2 painsconseil de préparation noter Pour 350g de farine pour brioche :- 100g de beurre ramolli- 175ml de lait 1/2 écrémé- 1 oeuf- 30g de sucre - 1 cuillère à café de sel- 2 sachets de 5g de levure boulangère Préparation :1.Mélanger la farine, le sucre et le sel dans un saladier.2.Faire un puits et y verser la levure puis le lait tiède, l'œuf et le beurre ramolli.3.Pétrir jusqu'à obtenir une pâte homogène et élastique.4.Couvrir le saladier avec un torchon et laisser reposer 15 min.5.Étaler la pâte sur un plan de travail fariné, former un boudin puis le diviser en 4 pâtons. Former 4 boules lisses avant de les déposer côte à côte dans un grand moule à cake beurré. 6.Recouvrir et laisser reposer pendant 1h15 à température ambiante. 7.Préchauffer votre four à 180°C.8.Badigeonner la pâte avec du jaune d'œuf battu ou du lait.9.Laisser cuire 20 à 30 min en position basse du four jusqu'à ce que la brioche soit bien dorée.
