Preparation: A la poêle : faites chauffer un peu d'huile d'olive dans une poêle antiadhésive à feu vif, déposez les patates douces surgelées et faites-les sauter pendant 12 minutes en les remuant délicatement. Reposez-vous. A la friteuse : faites frire les patates douces surgelées dans une friteuse pendant 10 à 12 minutes environ. Régalez-vous ! A la casserole : plongez les patates douces surgelées dans un grand volume d'eau salée frémissante. Laissez cuire pendant 12 minutes à la reprise de l'ébullition puis égouttez. Savourez sans vous brûler la langue.

Recipe idea: PARMENTIER DE PATATE DOUCE : LA DOUCEUR QUI DONNE LA PATATE ! Faites revenir des oignons et de la viande hachée dans une poêle avec un peu d'huile d'olive. Assaisonnez. Faites cuire les patates douces comme indiqué ci-dessus et réalisez une purée en délayant avec du lait et du beurre. Dans un plat à gratin, mettez la préparation et recouvrez-la de purée. Ajoutez un peu de gruyère et passez au four pendant 20 minutes environ. Et voilà, vous voyez que ce n'était pas si compliqué que ça !
