À la casserole : Versez la julienne de légumes dans une casserole d'eau bouillante. Laissez cuire le temps indiqué, à partir de la reprise du frémissement. Égouttez. Au four à micro-ondes : Versez la julienne de légumes dans un plat adapté avec 1/4 de verre d'eau. Couvrez et laissez cuire en position cuisson à 900W le temps indiqué. 250g : 6 min, 500g : 8 min, 750g : 9 min. 250g : 4 min, 500g : 6 min, 750g : 7 à 8 min. 250g : 5 min, 500g : 8 min, 750g : 12 min.
