Preparation: Sans décongélation préalable : À la casserole : Plongez les choux de Bruxelles dans une casserole d'eau bouillante salée. Laissez cuire 6 minutes à partir de la reprise du frémissement. Égouttez. Au four à micro-ondes : Mettez 30 ml d'eau et 250g de choux de Bruxelles dans un récipient adapté au micro-ondes. Faites cuire 5 minutes pour une puissance de 750W, et 4 minutes pour 850W. Remuez à mi-cuisson. Égouttez et servez.
