Preparation: Sans décongélation préalable. A la poêle : Verser les champignons dans une poêle déjà chaude et sans matière grasse. Laisser cuire à feu vif pendant environ 4 minutes jusqu'à ce que l'eau naturellement contenue dans les champignons ait été rejetée. Egoutter.
