Preparation: Cuisson créole: Versez le riz dans un grand volume d'eau bouillante salée. Laissez cuire à feu doux 17 minutes pour un riz ferme et 19 minutes pour un riz plus moelleux. Egouttez et servez. Cuisson pilaf: Dans une poêle, faites revenir le riz avec un peu de beurre ou d'huile. Remuez jusqu'à ce que les grains soient translucides.
