Preparation: Autre - Sans décongélation A la poêle : retirez les tranches du film avant cuisson. Salez, poivrez et farinez les tranches. Faites fondre une noix de beurre dans un peu d'huile et faites cuire les tranches 6 à 8 minutes à feu doux de chaque côté. Servez-les telles quelles avec un quartier de citron et un légume de votre choix. Au four à micro-ondes : Retirez les tranches du film avant caisson. Salez, poivrez et déposez les tranches encore surgelées dans un plat adapté au four micro- ondes. Couvrez et laissez cuire à puissance maximale 3 à 4 minutes pour une tranche, 5 à 6 minutes pour deux tranches, 8 à 10 minutes pour quatre tranches. Au court-bouillon : retirez les tranches du film avant cuisson. Placez les tranches dans un court-bouillon froid. Portez à ébullition et laissez frémir 10 à 15 minutes. Egouttez.
