Elle est composée de petit pois, de pommes de terre, de haricots verts, de jeunes carottes et d'oignons soigneusement lavés et triés avant d'être découpés puis rapidement surgelés afin de préserver au mieux leurs propriétés nutritionnelles. Avec les légumes Carrefour faites-vous plaisir chaque jour ! Petits pois, pommes de terre, haricots verts, jeunes carottes et oignons émincés + picto autocuiseur : 8 min+ picto casserole 10 min + Picto poele : 15 min

Preparation: Sans décongélation préalable : À la casserole : Versez la quantité désirée de printanière de légumes dans de l'eau bouillante salée. Portez de nouveau à ébullition, puis laissez cuire 10 minutes sans couvrir. Égouttez. À l'autocuiseur : Versez l'équivalent de trois verres d'eau dans l'autocuiseur. Versez la quantité désirée de printanière de légumes dans le panier. Fermez et laissez cuire 8 minutes à partir de la rotation de la soupape. À la poêle : Dans un peu de matière grasse, ajoutez 500g de printanière de légumes surgelée, mouillez au 2/3 avec un bouillon cube. Assaisonnez à votre goût. Laissez cuire à feu doux pendant 15 minutes.
