Preparation: À la poêle ou au grill. Sans décongélation préalable. Préchauffez la poêle ou le grill, préalablement huilé, et saisissez les burgers des 2 côtés en commençant par la face lisse (1 minute par face), puis laissez cuire 3 minutes par face en retournant régulièrement. Assaisonnez selon votre goût (sel, poivre, sauce...). À CONSOMMER CUIT À COEUR : Le burger doit être cuit jusqu'à la disparition de la couleur rosée au cœur du produit. Attention, au contact d'un feu trop puissant, les surfaces brûlent avant de cuire. D'un bon réglage du feu résulte une cuisson souple qui amène le produit à dégeler avant de cuire.
