Preparation: Dose de riz recommandée: 60g par personne. Cuisson créole : versez le riz dans un grand volume d'eau bouillante salée. Laissez cuire à feu doux 10 minutes pour un riz ferme et 12 minutes pour un riz plus moelleux. Egouttez et servez. Cuisson pilaf : dans une poêle, faites revenir le riz avec un peu de beurre ou d'huile. Remuez jusqu'à ce que les grains soient translucides. Ajoutez alors 3 volumes d'eau bouillante salée. Couvrez et laissez cuire à feu doux jusqu'à absorption du liquide.
